Summer Farm Camps
***To register for any of the following camps or programs, please complete a registration form, one form per child. Completed forms may be emailed to info@hpmfarm.com, mailed to Heritage Prairie 2N308 Brundige Rd, Elburn 60119, or dropped of at the farm. Forms must be completed before registration is complete. With each camp, children will receive a camp t-shirt and a daily snack. Cancellation policy: 50% refund for camps and programs cancelled 7 days in advance.

$12.50 for one child, or 2 for $20.  First come basis, with priority to pre-registered students.
