New Products Focus!

AquaRanch is located 78 miles to the south in Pontiac, Illinois. While their specialty is their naturally raised tilapia fish, they also grow certified organic greens and herbs.  Look for their fish filets in the freezer.

Wind Up Coffee is locally roasted in Wheaton, Illinois by Brad Kline.  Brad roasts each variety in small batches, using fair trade beans, and often organically certified as well.  Brad has crafted a special blend just Heritage Prairie known as the HPM Blend.

Phil and Sarah Gudgeon, owners of Kickapoo Gold, have a family history of making maple syrup. Their ancestors have been in the Kickapoo Valley since the late 1800’s. Grandpa Gudgeon started tapping trees there in the 1920’s.  The family hobby grew into Kickapoo Gold Maple Syrup, from the Viroqua area of the Driftless region of Wisconsin.
