2010 Wedding Catering Menu
Following are some menu ideas.  When thinking about planning your food for the evening think about the following….

The Cocktail Hour.

Appetizers. 

Pick a selection of 4 appetizers to be passed.  Think about covering the bases – ie, something savory, vegetarian, crunchy, filling, salty, kid-friendly.  We always have our signature chips at the bar and on cocktail tables. 

Drinks.  

You might want to choose a “signature cocktail”  - something seasonal like a “Strawberry/rhubarb royal”, a combination of prosecco and strawberry/rhubarb syrup or an “Pear-tini” – absolute pear vodka/fresh pear syrup. (specialty drink menu available). 

In planning your dinner pick a salad, main (you can choose 2)  plus 2 veg/1 starch and dessert.  We do offer special things for children.  But keep in mind the most important things that create a memorable evening – relaxed and happy hosts, beautiful surroundings, fresh and delicious foods and good friends.   Our dinner prices range between $30-50 per person.  Children are $10.  This prices includes table settings, glassware, chairs, serving platters. 

Tables, linens, candles, flowers, service, bar, sweets table are extra.   Service is $15 an hour.  Bartenders $20 an hour.  1 server per 10 guests.  Minimum hours for hiring –  4hours.

Cornish Hen – ½ hen grilled – marinated in garlic, rosemary lemon – garnished with grilled lemons and fresh rosemary.

Chicken breasts stuffed with spinach, prosciutto, swiss cheese -   served with a shallot wine sauce

The Pig Roast  with Farmhouse BBQ sauce – whole pig roasted in the Farm roaster – delicious!
